Coconut Studio is a comfortable and efficient space. The 1100 sq ft cove is available daylight or full blackout, and access to the roof makes it a very versatile environment.

The 2400 sq ft coved studio can be used as daylight or full blackout and has 950amp (3 phase, 32 and 16 amp) + 13 amp circuit.
